Woman Pulled Off Southwest Flight for Pet Allergy: WFAA Turns to Ladd Sanger
As seen on WFAA, Dallas Managing Partner Ladd Sanger weighs in on the forced removal of a woman on a Southwest flight who claimed to have a life-threatening pet allergy after seeing two pets board the plane.
Sanger explained that this immediately became an issue of safety and liability. “If the lady really did have a life-threatening situation, she shouldn’t want to be on that airplane and subject herself to a potential life-threatening situation at 30,000 feet where there isn’t adequate medical care,” said Sanger.
