Choice of Law in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation

Slack Davis Sanger attorneys Paula Sweeney and Suzanne Kaplan will present a teleseminar on December 4, 2012, hosted by The American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Group.  The seminar, “Choice of Law in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation,” will analyze recent choice of law decisions and explore how those decisions are likely to impact future pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
